Real Estate Specialist:

Primary Role:

  • Provide guidance and assist sellers/buyers in marketing/purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
  • Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to recommend solutions that are suitable to them
  • Oversee negotiation process, consult clients on market conditions, prices, & mortgages establishing an agreeable and honest dealing
  • Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
  • Display and market property to possible buyers
  • Prepare necessary paperwork
  • Maintain and update CRM
  • Prospect daily via multiple methods not limited to social media, open houses, door knocking, cold calling, lead follow up. 
  • Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders, other agents, admin, team leader and home inspectors
  • Develop networks

  • Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices

Qualifications and Attributes:

Inside Sales Agent (ISA):

Primary Role:

  • Prospect for new clients on a daily basis from various lead sources
  • Respond to inbound leads from all internet lead sources, sign calls, and etc.
  • Schedule appointments for Listing and Buyer Specialists
  • Input/manage client & lead databases
  • Conduct lead follow up & nurture leads until appointments are set

Activities and Duties

  • Set weekly goals

  • Measure conversion ratios and meet performance benchmarks

  • Call past clients and your sphere of influence to ask for referrals
  • Manage contact database system
  • Manage 50+ new leads each week & work existing leads to convert into buying/listing appointments.
  • Practice, memorize and internalize scripts at least 1-2 hours/week.
  • Prospect for new clients on a daily basis 1-2 hrs/day.
  • Do 5-10 hours of lead follow-up per week.
  • Make 50 to 100 contacts per week calling on:
    • Expired Listings
    • FSBOs
    • Sphere of Influence
    • Past Clients
    • Just Sold & Just Listed Properties
    • Open Houses

Transaction Coordinator:

Primary Role:

Seeking a highly motivated, and talented individual to support a top-producing team, in a dynamic, fast-paced atmosphere with opportunities for growth, learning hands-on, exercising creativity and innovation, while providing world-class customer service to our clients. This position works M-F  (may require some weekend/evening work on occasion). Position requires dependable car/transportation. Compensation commensurate with experience and abilities.

The ideal person to fill this spot must be able to be assertive and able to ensure that all files are progressing correctly. Candidate must also possess the ability to professionally communicate with a servant's heart in all interactions, in order to always provide exceptional customer service. Must be highly coachable, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement themselves and the team. This individual must have the ability to handle short-notice tasks, and prioritize on a moment's notice. Great position for a Realtor who is just starting out, or someone no longer practicing.

This role works side-by-side with our business owners and is key to the successful closing of each and every real estate transaction.

**Real Estate license is not required**

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Overseeing all aspects and managing transactions prior to, during, and after contract
  • Execute and manage a variety of information/data input across numerous industry outlets
  • Utilizing transaction management systems, as well as other real estate programs
  • Represent the brand through excellent customer service
  • Accurate completion of file audits
  • Input all listing information into MLS and update as needed
  • Regularly update & maintain communication with agents
  • Be the first point of contact, find solutions, and communicate accurately throughout transactions
  • Keep team updated on the progress of all contracts, and accurately communicate when other team members need to get involved in order to effectively complete a transaction
  • Make sure all files are in compliance with the Brokerage prior to closing to ensure our agent gets paid on time
  • Other duties as assigned

Monday - Friday (may be flexible with start/end time in order to accommodate commitments)
